Superintendent - MEP

About the role

The Superintendent leads MEP teams to deliver high‑quality mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction on complex construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of MEP professionals, fostering talent growth and high performance.
• Oversee all on‑site MEP construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and maintain project momentum.
• Review and approve daily field documentation, including progress reports and safety plans.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of MEP field engineering or construction management experience; 1‑2 years in a managerial role preferred.
• OSHA 30‑Hour Construction certification (or completion within 6 months) and current First Aid/CPR certification.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MEP systems installation and coordination.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulatory requirements specific to MEP work.
