Supply Chain Analyst / Procurement Coordinator (Hybrid, Zurich)

About the role

This part‑time hybrid position is based in Zurich with the option to work remotely several days a week. You will support the end‑to‑end supply‑chain process, from demand planning and inventory control to procurement and logistics coordination, ensuring smooth operations across internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze supply‑chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and inventory plans.
• Manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, order placement and contract follow‑up.
• Coordinate logistics operations to guarantee timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams, clients and suppliers to align expectations and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a similar supply‑chain, procurement or logistics role is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
