Supply Chain Director – CEE & Trade

About the role

The Supply Chain Director for CEE & Trade will lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations across a strategically critical EMEA region. Reporting to regional leadership, the role translates business strategy into actionable supply chain plans, ensuring reliable delivery and high customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the full supply chain lifecycle for CEE & Trade markets, from demand shaping to customer delivery.
• Provide functional leadership to in‑market Supply Chain Leaders on asset installation, utilization, order fulfilment and service execution.
• Maintain consistent, high‑performance supply chain standards across diverse markets and operating models.
• Partner closely with Commercial Leaders to understand business strategy, growth drivers and market priorities.
• Translate commercial ambition into executable supply chain plans and participate in Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Deliver insights on demand signals, capacity constraints and risk/opportunity trade‑offs.

Required profile

• Senior leader with proven experience in end‑to‑end supply chain management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive performance across multiple countries.
• Strong business acumen to align supply chain actions with commercial strategy.
