Supply Chain Lead

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, entrepreneurial Supply Chain Lead to build and scale the end‑to‑end logistics operation for an art‑focused company. As a founding‑team member you will own the complete supply chain from sourcing manufacturers to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement inventory, warehousing, and quality‑control processes.
• Develop fulfilment, packaging, international shipping, customs and returns workflows.
• Source, assess and onboard manufacturers, negotiate costs, quality and lead times.
• Select and manage partners such as 3PLs, carriers and operational tools (WMS/PIM/ERP).
• Define KPIs, continuously improve processes and decide on automation versus manual handling.

Required profile

• 5+ years of supply chain or logistics experience, preferably in e‑commerce or physical‑product marketplaces.
• Proven track record of building or radically redesigning supply‑chain operations from scratch.
• Strong negotiation skills and a cost‑quality mindset.
• Fluent in French and English, able to work onsite at least three days per week.

Required skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) tools.
• Hands‑on use of ERP systems.
