Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst – Data‑Driven Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team in Switzerland as a Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Analyst and Data Analyst. The role combines end‑to‑end supply‑chain optimisation with logistics performance monitoring and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the full supply‑chain cycle, including procurement, inventory, warehousing and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor supplier performance and support demand‑planning, forecasting and inventory optimisation.
• Analyse transportation, warehousing and distribution metrics, track logistics KPIs and propose process improvements.
• Collaborate with logistics providers and internal teams to enhance delivery performance and mitigate operational risks.
• Collect, clean and analyse large operational datasets, create dashboards and visualisations, and deliver actionable insights to management.
• Support automation, business‑intelligence initiatives and ensure data accuracy across reporting systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Fluent English; French or German is a plus.
