Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator (Swiss Hub)

About the role

TannerMAP, the charitable arm of Tanner Pharma Group, is looking for a Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator to support its global distribution hub in Switzerland. The role ensures timely order placement, receipt of goods, and coordination of shipments to over 100 customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly order placement activities accurately and on schedule.
• Oversee goods receipt processes at the Swiss hub.
• Work with third‑party transportation providers to monitor, track, and report shipments.
• Collect and verify all required shipping documentation for timely release.
• Liaise with the Quality Assurance Responsible Person on supplier and customer approvals.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives across supply‑chain and logistics processes.
• Maintain accurate order records in internal systems and keep physical filing systems organized.

Required profile

• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or accounting, preferably in life sciences.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
• Familiarity with Swiss culture and working environment is a plus.
• Customer‑focused mindset and flexibility to respond to business needs.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of NetSuite is an advantage.
