Corporate Procurement Specialist – Global SCM (m/f/d)

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Procurement Specialist to support the development, communication, and implementation of our global procurement strategies. The role focuses on indirect materials and services, risk management, and supplier base management, working closely with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support and communicate corporate procurement strategies.
• Improve procurement areas such as indirect materials, risk management, and supply‑base management.
• Ensure execution, maintenance, and compliance of assigned procurement activities.
• Develop and implement global strategies for indirect spend, supplier management, quality, and sustainability.
• Drive strategic sourcing and supplier risk mitigation initiatives.
• Run eRfX processes for HR, marketing, consulting, finance, legal and other professional services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and category teams to align procurement actions.
• Report to the Co‑Head of Corporate Procurement.

Required profile

• Strong background in indirect procurement.
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior‑level stakeholders, including C‑suite executives.
• Experience managing multiple procurement initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive‑level discussions.
• Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and creative problem‑solving.
• Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage.

• Initial 4‑month fixed‑term contract with extension option based on performance.
