About the role
This senior consulting position focuses on supply chain transformation, technology integration, and client advisory. You will work across presales, solution design, and delivery, helping clients turn complex supply chain challenges into structured, technology‑enabled solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end presales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, solution narratives, effort estimation and delivery approach definition.
- Lead or support client discovery workshops to gather and structure requirements across planning, procurement, logistics and execution domains.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, process flows, user stories and solution specifications for technical teams.
- Conduct fit‑gap analysis between client requirements and supply chain platform capabilities, identifying constraints and optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to design scalable, data‑driven supply chain solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop client‑facing materials such as presentations, executive decks, business cases and solution documentation.
- Support implementation activities, including testing (UAT), KPI definition, reporting requirements and deployment planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor in client interactions, facilitating workshops, presenting solutions and supporting decision‑making.
- Contribute to reusable consulting assets, frameworks and supply chain solution offerings.
Required profile
- 6‑10+ years of experience in supply chain consulting, business analysis or transformation programmes within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise across supply chain domains such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory, logistics, procurement and order management.
- Proven client‑facing consulting or advisory experience, including presales and solution design activities.
- Ability to document requirements, create process models and produce structured functional specifications.
- Experience performing fit‑gap analysis, leading stakeholder workshops and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with supply chain planning tools and platforms.
