Talent Acquisition Lead (Non-Tech)

About the role

A partner company, listed on behalf of Jobgether, is looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to strengthen and develop a recruitment team in a dynamic, international FinTech environment. The role covers non-technical recruitment, with ownership of recruitment performance, monitoring of key metrics and mentorship of the recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the recruitment function for non-technical departments, overseeing sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management and hiring coordination.
• Manage recruitment pipelines and workflows so that hiring is delivered on time with a positive experience for all stakeholders.
• Monitor recruitment performance against KPIs and use data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Optimize talent acquisition strategies, recruitment processes and operational practices, and support recruitment standards.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external partners, especially within the FinTech industry, and ensure a consistent candidate experience.
• Mentor, coach and support recruitment team members, and coordinate several recruitment projects at once.

Required profile

• At least 3-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with proven success hiring for non-technical functions such as Legal, Finance, Accounting and other business support areas.
• Strong understanding of modern recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques and candidate assessment.
• Ability to take ownership of recruitment activities and deliver measurable results.
• Good English at intermediate level (B1/B2) or higher.
• Nice to have: experience leading or coaching recruiters, a fast-paced international environment, and FinTech exposure.
