Talent Acquisition Partner – Students & Graduates

About the role

Caterpillar’s Digital, Technology & Distribution segment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring for student and graduate commercial programs across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia‑Pacific. You will act as the primary recruiter for entry‑level and internship positions in Marketing, Sales and Product Support, while promoting Caterpillar’s employer brand at universities and community events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for student and graduate roles, from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruiting strategies and use data‑driven insights.
• Execute regional recruitment strategies and collaborate with global talent teams.
• Develop and maintain strong university relationships to build talent pipelines.
• Support internship and graduate program execution, focusing on conversion to full‑time roles.
• Utilise ATS, CRM tools and sourcing technologies to attract qualified candidates.
• Analyse recruitment trends and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably for commercial or graduate programs.
• Strong consulting skills with hiring managers and ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Data‑oriented mindset with experience using recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques for talent acquisition.
