Talent Acquisition Specialist – Junior, Geneva

About the role

EY is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Talent Attraction and Acquisition team in Geneva. You will partner with business leaders and the employer branding team to attract and hire high‑quality talent, focusing on graduate recruitment and delivering a best‑in‑class candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Audit stakeholders, managing relationships and ensuring timely recruitment.
• Drive the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while aligning with business goals.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top candidates, especially recent graduates.
• Lead ad‑hoc projects and contribute ideas to improve talent acquisition processes.

Required profile

• First successful experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in an international, in‑house or agency setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Open‑minded, purpose‑driven, and able to prioritize competing demands.
• Agile mindset with a focus on innovation and inclusion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
