Tax Accounting & Reporting Graduate Consultant (IFRS / US GAAP)

About the role

EY is looking for a graduate to join its Tax Accounting and Reporting Services in Zurich. You will work on real tax, reporting and regulation challenges for national and international clients, in a team that gives you responsibility early and supports your growth. The role is described as dynamic, with no two projects the same, and offers a clear career path.

Key responsibilities

• Work on complex, high-impact tax questions that matter to clients
• Cover a broad range of tax topics, from advisory to reporting to transformation
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams and build a professional network from day one
• Help rethink how tax work is done using AI, digital tools and fresh ideas
• Learn through hands-on work and EY-funded qualifications such as the Swiss Certified Tax Expert
• Contribute to BEPS 2.0 projects

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, finance or a related field, held or close to completion
• Curious, ambitious and comfortable with variety, responsibility and continuous learning
• Clear thinker who enjoys working with numbers and bringing structure to complexity
• German and English; other languages are a plus
