Team Lead Finance & Administration

About the role

IMTF is looking for a Team Lead Finance & Administration in Givisiez. You will run the company's international finance operations, lead a small Finance & Administration team and act as the main contact for finance and project processes in its ERP, managing the flow from order entry to the CFO report.

Key responsibilities

• Finance operations: own finance processes in Odoo (invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, intercompany bookings and VAT); lead month-end and year-end closing and review subsidiary financial statements; manage AP, AR and payroll for foreign subsidiaries with local fiduciary partners
• Project administration and controlling: own the project administration process in Odoo, personally administer large customer projects from setup, contracts and licenses to invoicing and closure, prepare project financial analyses and status reports, and support revenue recognition and project closing
• Team leadership: set priorities, distribute work and ensure quality, lead by example and stay involved in operational work
• Management support: support the Head of Controlling with analyses, reports and presentations for management

Required profile

• Relevant education in finance and accounting with a solid understanding of Swiss accounting standards (Swiss Code of Obligations), VAT and financial reporting
• 4+ years of experience in finance and accounting; consolidation, treasury or contract management experience is an advantage
• Experience leading or coordinating a team and enjoying hands-on work such as posting entries, reconciling accounts and improving workflows
• Fluent English; French and/or German is an advantage

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with finance processes in an ERP system
• Experience with Odoo is a strong plus
