Technical Project Manager – Customer Service

About the role

Piaget is seeking a Customer Service Technical Project Manager to optimise and standardise global Customer Service operations. You will lead technical projects, provide expert support, manage partner networks and define processes to ensure exceptional service delivery worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage diverse technical projects, overseeing development, optimisation and deployment of digital tools for boutiques and repair platforms.
• Support the evolution of services and processes to continuously enhance the client experience.
• Provide expert technical support, responding efficiently to market inquiries.
• Develop and standardise Piaget’s partner network, maintaining authorisation guidelines and certification processes.
• Define, implement and optimise internal technical processes, regularly reviewing Standard Technical Operations.
• Contribute to workflow standardisation, such as remote diagnostics and CS initiatives, in collaboration with Group entities.

Required profile

• Engineering degree, preferably with a mechanical conception specialisation.
• 1‑5 years of experience in technical project management or process improvement.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong analytical abilities for performance analysis and ROI assessment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
