Web System Developer (Remote)

About the role

EgoTECHworld is seeking a full‑time remote Web System Developer to design, develop, and maintain web‑based systems that support its services and content. The role involves turning requirements into reliable, high‑performance applications while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web systems and applications.
• Implement new features and improve existing functionalities.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to gather requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and integrate back‑end services with front‑end components.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, and document architecture.

Required profile

• Strong experience in system and software development, building scalable web solutions.
• Proficient in front‑end and back‑end programming (JavaScript, Python or similar).
• Hands‑on experience with relational or NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Testing expertise including unit, integration, and performance testing.
• Familiarity with web frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js, Django), version control (Git) and API integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
