Technology Operations Specialist

About the role

MSIGHTS is looking for a Technology Operations Specialist to join its team in Switzerland. You will act as the bridge between technology, data and process management, ensuring smooth data onboarding, transformation and delivery for our marketing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end data onboarding and transformation workflow, from ingestion through mapping, cleansing and validation.
• Connect and maintain automated data connectors for multiple marketing platforms within the MSIGHTS platform.
• Investigate data anomalies and perform quality‑assurance checks to guarantee data accuracy.
• Collaborate with product, client delivery and engagement teams to define project requirements, timelines and success metrics.
• Manage Agile project workflows and drive delivery of key data initiatives and client configurations.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose and implement process‑improvement solutions.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on the MSIGHTS platform for both client implementations and internal tools.
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional European language is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Technology Transformation or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with data pipelines, ETL processes and marketing data sources such as Google Ads, Meta or Adobe.
• Familiarity with data‑quality, mapping and transformation best practices.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project‑management tools.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
