Temporary Internal Communications Specialist (Maternity Cover)

About the role

We are looking for a temporary Internal Communications Specialist to cover a maternity leave within Pictet Wealth Management in Geneva. Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, you will help keep our workforce informed and engaged across Swiss and international PWM offices.

Key responsibilities

• Compile, design and distribute the monthly business newsletter, managing editorial committee meetings and contributor coordination.
• Analyse newsletter performance and amplify content through the local ambassador network.
• Support smaller internal communication projects, preparing concepts, stakeholder briefs and change‑management plans.
• Assist in planning and executing PWM Townhalls, seminars and other internal events, handling invitations, logistics, invoicing and on‑site direction.
• Update the PWM intranet daily, edit and post content, manage email distribution for executive messages and produce regular analytics reports.
• Ensure proper formatting of email communications using the JungleMail template and validate recipient lists.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in communications within the financial, luxury or hospitality sectors.
• Bilingual in English and French, with strong writing skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work autonomously while collaborating in a team.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish under pressure.
