Training & Enablement Specialist

About the role

AllOne Health’s Strategic Transformation Office is expanding its Center of Excellence to support long‑term platform adoption. The Training & Enablement Specialist provides targeted, individualized training to employees referred by managers, helping bridge the gap between platform design and real‑world use.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one and small‑group training for referred employees.
• Build and maintain reusable training materials, SOPs, and quick‑reference guides.
• Diagnose root causes of platform difficulties and tailor training approaches.
• Apply change‑management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) to drive adoption.
• Partner with Center of Excellence and Strategic Planning leads to translate new processes into training content.
• Track training outcomes (completion, error rates) and refine interventions.
• Maintain a caseload of referrals and prioritize scheduling.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in training, enablement, or change management.
• Hands‑on HubSpot experience (Sales Hub and/or Service Hub certifications).
• Working knowledge of change‑management frameworks applied to individual behavior change.
• Strong systems‑thinking ability to diagnose employee struggles.
• Experience delivering remedial or targeted training.
• Ability to manage a caseload of trainees and prioritize competing demands.
• Patience and a coaching mindset for frustrated or resistant employees.
