Treasury Financial Analyst

About the role

As a Treasury Financial Analyst you will join the Treasury team at Bühler’s headquarters in Uzwil. You will support subsidiaries with analyses, reporting, cash planning and intra‑group financing while contributing to group‑wide liquidity management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Treasury reporting by analysing monthly results, commenting on outcomes and supporting FX and daily cash management.
• Drive cash‑flow planning through Group cash‑flow forecasts and lead an AI‑enabled forecasting project.
• Oversee internal financing, including intercompany loans, dividend processes and cash‑pooling agreements.
• Support governance and compliance by contributing to the annual report, handling KYC/UBO requests and managing bank credit lines.
• Assist strategic initiatives such as global Treasury projects and M&A activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable discipline.
• Professional experience in balance‑sheet, income‑statement and cash‑flow analysis.
• Structured and reliable working style with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with a Treasury Management System (e.g., Coupa) is an advantage.
• Fluency in German and English.
