User Experience Designer – B2B Cloud Platform

About the role

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Designer to lead the design of a new cloud platform for a global leader in dental and oral health products. The role is based in Zurich with a hybrid work model, requiring a weekly visit to the client’s office.

Key responsibilities

• Own UX topics end‑to‑end, from problem definition and research to implementation.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys and detailed designs using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Architects, and the Design System team.
• Design complex, workflow‑driven B2B applications for clinical and technical users.
• Ensure design quality throughout development and QA phases.
• Work with clinical experts and international stakeholders to align designs with product goals.
• Continuously improve the product by applying UX best practices and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• 6+ years of UX/Product/Interaction design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing process and final UX solutions.
• Experience with complex B2B, clinical, medical, CAD/3D or engineering products.
• Deep knowledge of user‑centered design methodologies.
• Proven ability to work in global, multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent business English and willingness to work onsite in Zurich once a week.
