UX & Digital Marketing Coordinator (80%)

About the role

Kanebo Cosmetics (Europe) Ltd., the European headquarters of the SENSAI brand, is looking for a UX and digital marketing coordinator for an 80% temporary position covering a maternity leave from December 2026 until April 2028. The role sits in the Ecommerce Group and reports to the Ecommerce Manager. The ideal candidate can start in December 2026 to allow a handover period.

Key responsibilities

• Own the visual design and design system of the ecommerce site, improving brand consistency and user experience across channels
• Use the CMS to run the digital marketing calendar and implement SEO/SEA best practices
• UX design: develop designs, prototypes and wireframes, evaluate them against brand guidelines, build requirements and prioritise the backlog, and work with developers, architects and relationship managers to streamline agile workflows
• Use analytics tools and A/B testing to measure the customer journey and shopping experience
• Digital marketing: coordinate the digital strategy with the Digital Marketing & CRM Coordinator, optimise product and category pages, and coordinate design reviews and proof-reading
• Manage paid social campaigns on Meta platforms and own the SEO roadmap, partnering with developers and agencies on technical and content improvements
• Analyse search trends and campaign data to drive continuous optimisation
• Contribute to the profitability of the Ecommerce business, substitute colleagues when absent and consult with all levels of staff

Required profile

• Proven experience across technical and content SEO
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, proactive in driving new projects
• Fluent English and good communication skills
• Team player

• Design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
• Adobe Experience Manager, Jira and Confluence
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
