Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the FP&A function for a fast‑growing, global technology business operating fully remotely. Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with senior leadership to shape financial strategy, support long‑term growth, and provide data‑driven insights that influence key decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global FP&A team, delivering strategic financial guidance across business units and international markets.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long‑term planning processes.
• Provide detailed financial analysis, scenario planning, KPI reporting, and performance insights to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with the CFO on capital allocation, investment decisions, and M&A activities.
• Prepare executive reports, board presentations, and financial updates for investors and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, planning processes, analytics, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing, distributed FP&A team.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of FP&A experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA, CPA or equivalent highly desirable.
• Proven track record in high‑growth global software, technology, fintech, SaaS or payments companies.
• Experience in private‑equity‑backed environments and direct collaboration with investors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive, board and investor audiences.

• Advanced expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning and strategic financial analysis.
