Vice President of Operations

About the role

The Vice President of Operations is the senior operational leader for a fast‑growing franchise brand in the home services industry. Reporting to the Brand President, this role drives franchisee performance, operational excellence, and overall system health across the United States, with up to 30% travel.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Brand President to execute strategic priorities, operational roadmaps, and long‑term growth objectives.
• Provide operational insights and franchisee feedback to support continuous improvement and change initiatives.
• Monitor franchisee performance metrics such as revenue growth, gross margin, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and reinforce operational standards, best practices, and accountability systems across the franchise network.
• Identify operational risks and performance gaps, working with Franchise Business Coaches to resolve issues.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Franchise Business Coach team, fostering a high‑performance, accountable culture.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in operations, preferably within a franchise or multi‑unit environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and adaptability.
• Passion for developing people and driving scalable franchise success.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and change‑management skills.
