VIP Account Manager (Remote, iGaming)

About the role

Join an international iGaming environment as a VIP Account Manager, responsible for building trusted, long‑term relationships with high‑value and pre‑VIP players. You will combine personalized customer support, account management, and proactive retention strategies while working fully remotely from Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming communications from VIP and pre‑VIP players via live chat, email and messaging platforms.
• Introduce new players to the VIP program, explain benefits and establish strong relationships from the outset.
• Monitor player behavior, identify retention risks and proactively engage customers when intervention is needed.
• Collaborate with Payments, Support, Risk and other internal teams to resolve complex player situations efficiently.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of player interactions, preferences and feedback, and meet KPIs related to retention, reactivation, deposits and engagement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer support, account management, VIP services or a similar client‑facing role.
• Fluent English and Italian; fluent Ukrainian or Russian for internal communication.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with a proactive, self‑motivated attitude.
• Ability to handle a high volume of interactions while maintaining high standards of service.
• Comfortable working shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Basic data analysis capabilities.
