VM Ambassador – Full-time – Geneva

About the role

The VM Ambassador will be fully dedicated to implementing and maintaining the global visual merchandising strategy for our Geneva store. Working closely with the Area VM and Store Manager, you will ensure the brand image is consistently presented across windows, interior displays and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Design, install and maintain window and in‑store product displays according to brand guidelines.
• Provide visual feedback through store photos and suggest improvements tailored to business needs.
• Develop zone layouts, allocate space and manage display tools and props inventory.
• Communicate daily with the local VM team via a digital tool and train retail staff on VM standards.
• Support CRM‑driven in‑store events and participate in local VM training sessions.
• Monitor competitor visual strategies to keep the store ahead of industry trends.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of visual merchandising concepts and retail business challenges.
• Creative mindset with a passion for fashion, design and art.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (or other Adobe Creative Suite tools).
