VP, Enterprise Products & Solutions EMEA

About the role

Blockstream is seeking a visionary VP to lead enterprise product and solution adoption across EMEA, focusing on strategic client engagement, enterprise growth and sales within the financial services ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the EMEA enterprise growth and sales strategy in partnership with senior leadership.
• Drive revenue growth and strategic account expansion across institutional financial markets.
• Lead consultative enterprise sales engagements from discovery through solution design, negotiation and delivery oversight.
• Partner with clients to shape customized solutions leveraging Bitcoin infrastructure, Layer‑2 technologies and digital‑asset platforms.
• Build and lead a high‑performing enterprise business development organization across EMEA.
• Represent Blockstream at industry conferences and executive forums.

Required profile

• 10+ years of enterprise sales or strategic consulting experience in financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving enterprise sales targets and managing complex B2B sales cycles.
• Strong experience engaging C‑suite stakeholders at banks, hedge funds, asset managers and financial infrastructure providers.
• Deep interest in digital assets, Bitcoin infrastructure and blockchain adoption.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
