About the role
We are seeking a VP Enterprise Sales to lead high‑value, complex sales initiatives for industrial AI and enterprise software solutions in Switzerland. This strategic leadership position works closely with founders and senior leadership to shape the long‑term sales strategy and expand market presence among global industrial organizations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic enterprise sales pursuits targeting Forbes Global 2000 industrial companies.
- Build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives, including CTOs and senior engineering leaders.
- Drive multi‑million‑dollar sales cycles from executive engagement through negotiation and contract closure.
- Develop enterprise sales strategies, stakeholder maps, and executive‑level presentations.
- Collaborate with founders, revenue leadership, and internal teams to align go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Create and refine scalable playbooks and processes for future growth.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to influence product positioning.
- Mentor and support the development of future enterprise sales team members.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience closing complex multi‑million‑dollar enterprise deals in industrial or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record selling to Forbes Global 2000 organizations and engaging executive‑level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of industrial markets and experience in industrial sales environments.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and ability to communicate their value in engineering contexts.
- Entrepreneurial, hands‑on mindset with ability to operate in fast‑growing environments.
