VP Go-To-Market

About the role

Visium is seeking a VP Go-To-Market to define and execute its go‑to‑market strategy, drive new business, and orchestrate multi‑channel pipeline generation. This senior commercial leadership position will own the revenue engine end‑to‑end and work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to shape the company’s next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Visium’s go‑to‑market strategy.
• Drive new business acquisition and multi‑channel pipeline generation.
• Set and maintain the commercial operating cadence for the firm.
• Own the revenue engine from prospecting through closing.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership on scaling initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven track record of winning and growing enterprise accounts in services, consultancy, or technology environments.
• Strong commercial hunter instinct with comfort in cold outreach, long sales cycles, and complex buying committees.
• Technical foundation (MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent) enabling credible technical conversations.
• Experience designing and executing multi‑channel GTM motions.
• Structured approach to pipeline management and sales operations.
• Consultative selling skills with the ability to diagnose and build genuine business cases.
• Excellent English communication – written, verbal, and in‑person.
