Working Student – Group Compliance (60‑80%)

About the role

Join Zurich's Group Compliance team as a Working Student and support core compliance processes while gaining exposure to a multinational insurance environment. This 12‑month part‑time position (60‑80%) offers the chance to work on real projects, collaborate with experts, and contribute fresh ideas.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Compliance Operations and Assurance team in executing the Compliance Risk Assessment and annual planning.
• Assist in developing, operating, and enhancing the Compliance GRC tool and Power BI dashboards.
• Conduct data analysis to identify global trends and insights.
• Manage relationships with Group, regional and local stakeholders.
• Contribute to innovation and automation projects.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a higher‑education program, preferably Data Analytics or Business Administration.
• Prior work experience, preferably in financial services or consulting.
• Growth mindset, solution‑oriented, strong communication in business English.
• Located in Switzerland for the contract duration.
