360 Talent Acquisition Consultant – Life Sciences Recruitment

About the role

Headcount is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join its team and work with leading European Life Science companies. You will find talent across Switzerland, mainly for permanent positions, and own the recruitment process end-to-end, supported by tools, guidance and a culture of authenticity, curiosity and commitment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify and place high-quality professionals in the Life Sciences industry across Switzerland, with a focus on permanent recruitment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client briefing and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiations and placements.
• Build relationships with existing clients, understand their hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
• Pursue new business in the Pharma, Biotech and Medical Devices sectors, focusing on permanent hiring solutions.
• Attend industry events, build long-term relationships with candidates and clients, and work on equal footing with colleagues and leadership.

Required profile

• 3-4 years of agency recruitment experience, ideally in permanent recruitment; Life Sciences or related experience is a plus.
• Proven commercial acumen and consultative selling ability.
• Track record of sourcing and placing talent, including across borders.
• Professional fluency in German or French and English.
• EU or Swiss work permit.
