About the role

A senior Talent Acquisition Partner is sought to support a high-growth European hiring scope within the pharma industry on a 12-month contract. This is a Zurich-based, hands-on role working closely with hiring managers across Europe, focused on delivery, sourcing strength and mature stakeholder partnership. It suits someone comfortable working independently, close to the business, and trusted by hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

Own recruitment processes end to end across multiple European markets
Partner directly with hiring managers on role definition, prioritisation and hiring strategy
Handle sourcing hands-on and map the market proactively
Run searches independently with minimal supervision
Manage several roles in parallel while keeping quality and candidate experience high
Give clear, pragmatic updates on pipeline and progress

Required profile

5+ years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience
Experience supporting fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments
Fluent English plus Spanish, Italian, French or a combination
