Account Executive DACH (Swiss German-speaking) / German & French-speaking

About the role

WorkMotion is looking for an Account Executive to open up the world’s talent pool to Swiss companies. The role is remote, focused on the DACH region, and requires full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for Swiss accounts, from initial conversation to talent onboarding.
• Conduct deep discovery using methodologies such as MEDDICC to qualify opportunities.
• Generate and manage a self‑made pipeline in collaboration with BDRs.
• Build compelling business cases for HR, finance, and legal stakeholders.
• Negotiate deals, create urgency, and keep momentum throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of closing experience as an AE in B2B SaaS with a proven quota‑attainment record.
• Self‑driven, coachable, and comfortable presenting to decision‑makers.
• Native Swiss German with business‑fluent English, or fluent German and French.
• Experience in outbound prospecting and cold‑calling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
• Familiarity with AI tools used in sales workflows.
• Knowledge of MEDDICC or comparable qualification frameworks.
