Account Executive, Mid Market

About the role

This position is for an Account Executive, Mid Market based in Switzerland, focused on selling a B2B SaaS solution to automotive service businesses. The role involves full‑cycle sales, from prospecting to closing, and works closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and long‑term retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing and handoff to delivery teams.
• Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to build a self‑sourced pipeline.
• Engage multiple stakeholders across multi‑location organisations, identify decision‑makers and build consensus.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover operational challenges and growth objectives.
• Present tailored value propositions and demonstrate proof‑of‑concept initiatives.
• Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing retention.
• Provide market and customer feedback to product and go‑to‑market teams.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
• Consistently achieve revenue targets and pipeline development goals.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in a quota‑carrying, full‑cycle role.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Independent, self‑motivated and able to create structure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Knowledge of the automotive repair or services industry is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
