Account Manager – Enterprise Customers (Remote, Switzerland)

About the role

We are seeking a relationship‑driven Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers across Europe. Based in Switzerland and working in a remote‑first environment, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximise the value of our solutions while identifying opportunities for expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to drive account growth.
• Lead regular business reviews to evaluate performance, discuss strategic objectives, and uncover future opportunities.
• Respond to customer requests for product enhancements, additional users, upgrades, and contract amendments.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations remotely and, when required, in person.
• Collaborate with consulting, sales, and commercial teams to create tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and account information in the CRM system.
• Support regional business development initiatives, including industry events and partner engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success or business development.
• Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise customer relationships while meeting commercial targets.
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time‑management and the ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, partner engagements and events.
