Account Manager – Central & Northern Europe

About the role

Aero Consultants AG, a market‑leading distributor of advanced composite materials, is seeking an Account Manager to cover Central and Northern Europe. You will act as the primary commercial and technical contact for existing and new customers, driving growth across a diverse product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support and develop existing customers while acquiring new business in the assigned regions.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits and proactively follow up on projects.
• Introduce and establish new products with customers.
• Provide technical and commercial consulting as a solution‑oriented partner.
• Negotiate and conclude contracts in close cooperation with the Airtech sales office.
• Maintain long‑term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a key‑account or sales role.
• Strong sales talent, communication skills and self‑motivation.
• Solid commercial and sales‑strategy abilities combined with a good technical understanding.
• Willingness to travel more than 50 % of the time.
• Fluent in German and very good English; additional languages are a plus.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude and ability to manage a large product portfolio.
