Account Manager – Core/IMS Migration

About the role

Ericsson is looking for an Account Manager to join its Switzerland team in Bern. The role focuses on driving business development for complex Core and IMS migrations, building deep customer relationships, and translating technical data into clear business value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to grow strategic customer relationships.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and growth areas.
• Manage business risk and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead insight‑selling activities and negotiate profitable contracts.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior decision‑makers and ensure compliance with Ericsson policies.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑engagement experience in the IT/Telecom sector.
• Proven ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Experience in market analysis, risk management, and consultative selling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
