Account Manager Switzerland

About the role

Basalte is seeking an Account Manager for German‑speaking Switzerland to act as the brand ambassador for its high‑end home‑automation and design solutions. You will develop and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, integrators and other decision‑makers in the luxury residential market, promoting Basalte’s premium products in prestigious projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the existing Basalte partner network while attracting new architects, interior designers, project developers and consultancy firms.
• Manage the full sales cycle: follow up on leads, prepare proposals, enter project data and contacts into the CRM system.
• Conduct showroom visits, product demonstrations and presentations for potential partners.
• Represent Basalte at international trade shows, events and customer visits.
• Identify and act on opportunities to increase brand awareness among target groups.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial role focused on building networks within construction, interior design or related sectors.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Highly motivated, result‑driven and able to work autonomously while handling multiple projects.
• Strong interest in design, architecture and lifestyle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for managing contacts and projects.
