Account Partner - Commercial

About the role

As a Commercial Account Partner you will manage a broad spectrum of pharmaceutical customers and prospects across the DACH region, handling all Veeva Commercial Cloud Solutions. You will be responsible for winning new logos, growing existing business, and managing strategic relationships at HQ/affiliate level.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C‑level within customers.
• Lead cross‑functional and regional teams to achieve targets and renewals.
• Meet and exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets, including annual renewals.
• Navigate complex sales cycles, articulate value propositions, and negotiate contracts.
• Protect and expand Veeva’s footprint through daily account management and new customer acquisition.

Required profile

• 5+ years selling software (SaaS), data or consulting, preferably to life sciences.
• Proven hunter track record with new logo acquisition and outbound prospecting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑starter able to work autonomously.
• Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in German and English; residing in Switzerland or Germany.
