About the role

Unique AI is seeking an Accountant to support its Finance team in Zurich. You will combine detailed‑oriented accounting work with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach in a fast‑moving AI‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage A/P and A/R invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Handle expense management, including company credit cards and invoices.
• Prepare timely and accurate P&L reporting for the Swiss entity.
• Own reporting, planning, budgeting and controlling within the Finance team.
• Coordinate consolidation activities and work with external accounting partners for subsidiaries in New York, London, Berlin and Singapore.
• Responsible for treasury management and ensure compliance with VAT, insurance and local statutory obligations.
• Provide administrative support to Finance, People & Culture and general office management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on accounting or financial controlling experience, preferably in a dynamic or growth‑oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a relevant commercial apprenticeship.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate data into clear insights.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with balanced decision‑making focused on impact.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication across all levels.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English; French or Italian is a plus.
