About the role

Join a rapidly expanding investment firm in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial setting. As an Accountant you will support the finance team with budgeting, reporting and month‑end activities while working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, manage expenses and produce financial reports.
• Support month‑end close procedures and coordinate audit activities.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to aid broader business operations.
• Identify and implement improvements to finance processes and systems.

Required profile

• Strong accounting fundamentals with hands‑on finance experience.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment, preferably with startup exposure.
• Fluent in English and proficient in German.
• Proactive, responsive and solutions‑focused attitude.
