About the role
Join a rapidly expanding investment firm in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial setting. As an Accountant you will support the finance team with budgeting, reporting and month‑end activities while working closely with senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare budgets, manage expenses and produce financial reports.
- Support month‑end close procedures and coordinate audit activities.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to aid broader business operations.
- Identify and implement improvements to finance processes and systems.
Required profile
- Strong accounting fundamentals with hands‑on finance experience.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment, preferably with startup exposure.
- Fluent in English and proficient in German.
- Proactive, responsive and solutions‑focused attitude.
