Accounting Manager

About the role

Rhone, a leading international wealth protection group, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its Geneva office. You will be responsible for the full accounting cycle of multiple group entities and will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting across jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing for a portfolio of entities.
• Prepare statutory accounts, coordinate audits and ensure compliance with Swiss GAAP, IFRS and local regulations.
• Oversee tax reporting and filings, including corporate and local compliance requirements.
• Support consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, management reporting and financial analysis.
• Act as a key user of accounting systems, contribute to system improvements and implementations.
• Collaborate with international teams to harmonise processes and reporting.
• Identify and implement process, control and efficiency improvements within the finance function.

Required profile

• Accounting qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP and the Code of Obligations; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Eligible to work in Switzerland.
