Accounts Payable Accountant

About the role

Join a fast‑moving finance team at Destinus, a leader in UAV defence technology. As an Accounts Payable Accountant you will own a high volume of supplier invoices, work closely with purchase orders and ensure smooth transaction processing.

Key responsibilities

• Process and book a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Check invoices against purchase orders, resolve discrepancies and maintain vendor records.
• Handle supplier inquiries, investigate issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them quickly.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics and ExFlow daily to manage invoice workflows.
• Support month‑end activities and contribute to continuous improvement of AP processes.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in accounts payable or vendor accounting.
• Practical experience with high‑volume invoice processing and PO‑based invoice workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting practices and day‑to‑day finance processes.
• Fluent English; German or French is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics (hands‑on experience required).
• ExFlow (highly valued).
• English language proficiency.
