Finance Lead

About the role

Flexion is building the intelligence layer for next‑generation humanoid robots. As Finance Lead you will own the financial backbone of this fast‑scaling robotics company, reporting to the Head of Global Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global financial planning, budgeting and forecasting aligned with company strategic goals.
• Establish and maintain strong global financial controls, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision‑making.
• Oversee global finance and accounting practices, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
• Implement scalable processes and tools for budget management, reporting, payroll, tax and compliance.
• Lead global financial audits from preparation to completion and continuously improve financial processes.

Required profile

• 6+ years in FP&A, strategic finance or audit, preferably in a high‑growth startup.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA) a plus.
• Strong grasp of Swiss accounting, tax and payroll requirements across multiple entities and currencies.
• Builder’s mindset with experience setting up or improving finance processes in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills to translate financial concepts for non‑finance stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
• Financial modelling and driver‑based model creation.
