About the role

The Talent Advanced Analytics Lead will shape and deliver EY's next‑generation Talent Intelligence and Advanced Analytics strategy. This senior position combines executive advisory, AI innovation, and data product delivery to enable faster, data‑driven decisions across the global Talent organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with global Talent leaders to define and execute the Talent Intelligence strategy and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
• Lead the development of advanced analytics models, AI‑powered talent intelligence solutions, and scalable analytics products that improve workforce planning, skills intelligence, talent mobility and organizational effectiveness.
• Own the vision, roadmap and lifecycle of Talent analytics platforms, driving the transition from static reporting to intelligent, reusable analytics products.
• Transform analytical outputs into executive‑ready narratives, dashboards and storytelling that influence talent priorities.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of Talent Intelligence, workforce planning and talent strategy with strong consulting and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing, globally distributed teams of data scientists, AI practitioners and product managers.
• Strategic thinking with commercial acumen to align analytics outcomes with broader business objectives.

Required skills

• Advanced analytics and machine‑learning: predictive modelling, statistical analysis, causal inference.
• AI and emerging tech: Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, retrieval‑augmented generation, prompt engineering, responsible AI.
• Data & technology: Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, data modelling, Python, R, cloud‑native analytics architectures, API integration, data governance.
