Advertising and Marketing Intern

About the role

Ralph Lauren is looking for an Advertising and Marketing Intern to join its EMEA Studio, Advertising & Production team in Geneva. The internship runs for 12 months starting in November 2026, with a minimum of 6 months, and supports the team in receiving, briefing, producing and delivering campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Work with freelancers and agencies to deliver all briefs on time.
• Oversee and produce campaign assets such as evites, invitations, menus, videos and in-store POS materials.
• Brief and liaise with agencies, and prioritise and manage projects and deadlines.
• Hold day-to-day meetings with the EMEA Marketing teams.
• Carry out R&L competition analysis and system administration.
• Use the team creative planning system and manage the Hub, the internal marketing website.
• Provide seasonal support and manage the production of seasonal POS for all brands.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory; an additional EU language is a plus.
• Strong interest in fashion and the latest trends.
• Ability to work under pressure and to a tight schedule.
• An internship agreement is mandatory for this position.

Required skills

• Strong IT skills: Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong organisational skills, autonomy, multitasking and flexibility.
