CRM & Customer Engagement Specialist

About the role

The role is responsible for delivering reliable CRM campaigns across four Nordic markets, coordinating customer care operations, and driving loyalty, VIP and prospect engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end production of email and SMS campaigns, including localisation, testing, scheduling and post‑send checks.
• Act as the primary business contact for the Customer Care centre, handling escalations and monitoring NPS/CSAT.
• Execute loyalty programmes, VIP and prospect engagement plans, from audience definition to activation and performance review.
• Prepare regular performance reports, analyse results and recommend optimisation tests.
• Track CRM budget, coordinate forecasts and support new feature testing and implementation.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or campaign operations, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns across several markets.
• Customer‑centric, pragmatic and commercially minded with strong communication skills.

• Zendesk and Salesforce Commerce Cloud knowledge
