Agentic AI Data Scientist / Engineer

About the role

Join P&G's Geneva AI Hub as an Agentic AI Data Scientist/Engineer and work on cutting‑edge AI solutions that have real‑world impact at scale. You will design, develop, and productionize advanced AI algorithms while coaching peers and becoming a recognized expert in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI and agentic algorithms, define problem statements, measurement strategies, and select appropriate AI techniques.
• Understand P&G's business context and leverage internal data to create use‑case specific solutions.
• Collaborate with data and software engineering teams to productionize models and pipelines.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model building on massive datasets.
• Coach and mentor colleagues, driving reuse and scaling of AI assets across the organization.
• Establish yourself as a subject‑matter expert on one or more AI, data science, or engineering techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in applied AI or data science.
• Master’s degree in a STEM discipline with a strong interest in Agentic AI.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest AI research and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
• Ability to quickly adopt emerging AI technologies while staying focused on business objectives.
