AI & Data Consultant

About the role

Zühlke, a Swiss-founded global transformation partner, is looking for an AI & Data Consultant based in Schlieren. Your main priority is to make sure Data & AI projects deliver the expected impact, from development through pre-sales and sales to delivery and ongoing relationship management as a trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Data/AI strategy and transformation: identify value-adding use cases, assess client maturity and execute transformation roadmaps.
• Bespoke AI solutions: lead use-case discovery, manage product backlogs, supervise delivery teams and ensure user acceptance.
• Data/AI platforms: align architectures to user needs, define service and operating models and oversee delivery of data products.
• Facilitate collaboration between delivery teams (data scientists, data engineers, architects, developers) and business stakeholders at all levels.
• Support consultants and business developers along the sales pipeline, from positioning meetings to consulting proposals.
• Act as an internal and external ambassador and thought leader, publishing content and speaking at events.
• Develop reusable assets such as packaged consulting offerings, templates and demonstrators.

Required profile

• University degree from a leading institution in business or STEM.
• Strong consulting foundations: effective communication, project management, running workshops.
• Experience in data/AI-related work, including strategy, transformation or development of data/AI solutions.
• German and English, excellent written and spoken.
• Assertive, proactive, customer-centric and able to win over stakeholders.

Required skills

• Wide-ranging data/AI literacy, with views on Responsible AI, Agentic AI, Data Mesh and synthetic data.
• Project management and workshop facilitation.
