AI & Digital Procurement Manager (eSourcing)

About the role

Sazerac Company, a family-owned American producer and marketer of bourbons, whiskeys and spirits, is looking for an eSourcing & Digital Procurement Manager to join its Global Procurement team at its global office in Lucerne, Switzerland. The role combines the day-to-day operation of eSourcing tools with a focus on digital transformation, including AI-enabled procurement use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage sourcing events (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, eAuctions) across categories, with supplier onboarding, communication and bid evaluation in eSourcing tools
• Support category managers and buyers with hands-on sourcing execution and track metrics such as savings, cycle times and supplier participation
• Act as super-user and subject matter expert for eSourcing platforms (e.g. Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ivalua) and support rollout of P2P, supplier management, contract lifecycle management and analytics tools
• Provide training and support to procurement users globally and partner with IT, Finance and external vendors on system integration
• Identify and build AI-enabled use cases, copilots and AI agents, and create lightweight automations and prototypes using coding or low-code tools, APIs and data workflows

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems or a related field (Master's or professional certification a plus)
• 7-10 years of procurement or sourcing experience with a strong track record in eSourcing event execution
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%

Required skills

• Proven experience with eSourcing platforms (Keelvar, Archlet, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ivalua or equivalent)
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI capabilities
• Hands-on experience designing and improving AI agents and copilots, including prompt design, workflow orchestration and governance
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, scripting or low-code platforms
